Sorry I will not be attending the reunion, if it even happens with this pandemic at hand. My summers are generally spent with my husband and or kids, kayaking the rivers of the west and this summer is no exception.(...unless areas remain closed to the public as they are now). I came to CdM fairly late, sophomore year, and do not share many of the memories that many of you post of togetherness since grade school etc. Nor did I return to Southern California after graduating from CAL. My passions turned to mountain activities primarily backpacking and especially river running. That's where I met my husband, Tim who shared my passion. We settled in in the foothills with the South Fork of the American in our backyard. I taught elementary school for 30 years, raised two boys, and am happily married and hanging out sheltered in place with a lovely garden and seven plus acres to manage.
